Job Description

Manage store operations processes and improvements for Home Depot. Collaborate with teams and provide insights for operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage store operations processes for specific area(s) of responsibility.
  • Analyze the fundamental components of problems and communicate the correct course of action.
  • Develop and implement changes that improve overall store operations processes.
  • Create and maintain project work plans.
  • Communicate effectively and build strong partnerships with the field/stores.

Requirements:

  • Must be eighteen years of age or older.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
  • PMI certification preferred.
  • 3 years of retail experience or process management in related area.
  • Bachelor's degree in a field of study related to the job.
