Job Description
Manage store operations processes and improvements for Home Depot. Collaborate with teams and provide insights for operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage store operations processes for specific area(s) of responsibility.
- Analyze the fundamental components of problems and communicate the correct course of action.
- Develop and implement changes that improve overall store operations processes.
- Create and maintain project work plans.
- Communicate effectively and build strong partnerships with the field/stores.
Requirements:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
- PMI certification preferred.
- 3 years of retail experience or process management in related area.
- Bachelor's degree in a field of study related to the job.
