Job Description
Revenue Operations Manager responsible for optimizing revenue operations and leading high-impact projects at Gloo. Focus on system administration, data management, and process optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with our systems administration team and own the optimization of our key revenue technology stack (CRM, Marketing Automation, Sales Engagement, etc.), ensuring seamless integration and data flow.
- Ensure data quality and integrity across all revenue systems and Gloo organizations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into sales, marketing, and customer success performance.
- Continuously support, evaluate, and refine revenue processes (e.g., renewal processes, sales forecasting, territory planning/account assignments, reporting, etc) to maximize efficiency and scalability.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials for the revenue team related to revenue operations, ensuring high adoption of tools and processes.
- Assist in the revenue forecasting process, providing necessary data, tools, and analysis to support accurate and timely projections.
- Support management of contracting processes for our sales, customer success, and legal departments.
- Ensuring account and opportunity data represents accurate information. Lead and execute strategic projects focused on accelerating revenue growth and improving operational effectiveness. These projects will vary but may include: Design and implementation of a new commission structure. Evaluation and integration of new revenue technology. Market research and Total Addressable Market analysis. Supporting new Go-to-market strategies and plans. Expansion into new markets, requiring the setup of goals, objectives, and KPIs. Ad-hoc business and financial analysis.
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations.
- Proven expertise as an administrator for a major CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and deliver complex, cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data warehousing and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) (preferred).
- Experience in both a B2B sales led and B2B product led environment (preferred).
