Job Description
Revenue Strategy & Biz Ops Lead influencing revenue growth decisions at Remote. Leading data-driven initiatives, partnering with GTM leaders to drive strategic priorities in a global environment.
Responsibilities:
- Shape Remote’s most critical revenue growth decisions by operating at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution.
- Lead high-impact, data-driven initiatives that influence executive-level priorities and overall business direction.
- Gain exposure to C-level decision-making, take end-to-end ownership of strategic initiatives, and see your recommendations drive measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Act as a generalist thought partner to revenue leaders, helping them solve complex business challenges.
- Partner with Product, PMM, Pricing, and Enablement teams to evaluate commercial readiness and support the successful commercialization of new products, capabilities, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Outstanding analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Extensive experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, or in a strategic role within a high-growth startup or scale-up (e.g. strategy, business operations, corporate development, growth)
- Ability to generate insights from data and connect them to actionable strategic recommendations
- Strong leadership and ownership skills, and the ability to work autonomously while linking back to overall business strategy
- Experience leading complex initiatives end-to-end, from hypothesis generation to solution implementation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and a bias for action
- Collaborative mindset and adaptability in a fast-changing environment
- Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to dive deep into unstructured business problems
- Passion for technology and understanding of trends and market dynamics in SaaS and B2B software markets
- Great senior stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
