Job Description
Analista de Revenue Operations at MED Review ensuring operational efficiency and effective data management across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
Responsibilities:
- Structure, monitor, and ensure data quality in CRM platforms.
- Ensure a consistent flow of information between Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
- Perform data audits and analyses to guarantee the reliability and integrity of information.
- Support the development of a data-driven operation and KPIs.
- Develop, implement and optimize automated workflows and nurture/relationship cadences.
- Create solutions that increase operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Manage integrations between systems and tools used by the revenue teams.
- Support automation initiatives leveraging Artificial Intelligence.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, churn and pipeline velocity.
- Build dashboards and reports to track performance and support decision-making.
- Identify bottlenecks, growth opportunities and areas for improvement in the customer journey.
- Produce analyses and insights that support the scalable growth of the operation.
- Map and optimize the customer’s operational and technical journey.
- Foster alignment between Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
- Eliminate operational friction and improve process efficiency that impacts revenue generation.
- Support the standardization of processes and governance for commercial operations.
- Assist in identifying and implementing AI use cases within area processes.
- Contribute to solutions such as predictive lead scoring, intelligent automations, behavior analysis and other initiatives aimed at operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the technological evolution of the company’s revenue processes.
- Train internal teams on the correct use of tools, processes and operational best practices.
- Support the adoption of new technologies, automations and methodologies.
- Act as a reference point for clarifying questions related to CRM and RevOps operations.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in Revenue Operations (RevOps), Sales Operations, Marketing Operations or related areas.
- Hands-on experience configuring, managing and analyzing CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, RD Station or similar.
- Experience building and optimizing workflows, automations and operational processes.
- Experience with data analysis, report building and tracking business metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems or related fields.
