Job Description
Amazon operations lead managing Seller Central, compliance, inventory, and profitability for mindbodygreen’s supplements and wellness business. Driving revenue and customer acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day operations of the brand’s Amazon business
- Drive incremental revenue, scale new customer acquisition, and maximize channel profitability
- Own day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central, including FBA and Direct Fulfillment
- Lead setup for new SKUs, ASIN creation, UPC mapping, parent-child variations, and product launch sequences
- Manage account health and resolve listing suppressions
- Correct UPC/title mapping discrepancies and draft appeals for platform flags or suspensions
- Oversee Amazon supplement compliance requirements
- Coordinate Certificate of Analysis uploads, lab testing workflows, third-party lab/TRF ID processing, and regulatory documentation
- Assist with monthly sales forecasts and inventory replenishment models targeting approximately 90 days of on-hand inventory
- Assist with margin and unit-level P&L analyses, including COGS, 3PL fulfillment costs, Amazon referral fees, and advertising spend
- Maintain reporting dashboards tracking daily revenue velocity, unit sales, Buy Box share, and customer LTV metrics
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central (FBA/FBM) for direct-to-consumer or CPG brands
- Experience in dietary supplements, wellness, or food & beverage preferred
- Proficiency with Amazon Brand Registry
- Proficiency with Seller Central support ticketing
- Proficiency with lab compliance workflows
- Proficiency with analytics/reporting platforms
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in the day-to-day operations of a growing supplements business
- Proactive communication skills
- Hands-on, execution-focused approach
