Job Description
ÖPNV-Betriebsleiter für AllRides digitalen Linien- und On-Demand-Verkehr. Verantwortlich für Genehmigungen, Disposition, Compliance und den Aufbau des neuen Verkehrsbetriebs.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for operations and transport management in accordance with the German Passenger Transport Act (PBefG), the Regulation on the Professional Qualification of Road Passenger Transport Operators (PBZugV), and the Regulation on the Operation of Motor Vehicle Companies in Passenger Transport (BOKraft)
- Planning and monitoring scheduled-route and on-demand services, including timetables, dispatching, and replacement and disruption-management plans
- Ensuring compliance with the PBefG, BOKraft, driving and rest-time regulations, and vehicle and driver requirements
- Serving as the point of contact for licensing authorities, public transport authorities, and subcontractors
- Managing transport service providers and subcontractors, and conducting quality checks
- Establishing lean, digital operational processes for documentation, complaints, and reporting
- Supporting additional licensing applications in other regions
- Helping build a new transport operation from the ground up
Requirements:
- Passed professional competence examination for road passenger transport (bus/scheduled services) under Sections 3 and 4 of the PBZugV, or an equivalent recognized qualification under Sections 6 and 7 of the PBZugV
- Experience in operations or transport management, or dispatching, in public transport, bus, or on-demand services
- Personal reliability: clean criminal record and Central Trade Register record
- Independent, digital, and pragmatic approach to work
- Excellent German-language skills
- Willingness to work at startup speed
