Job Description
Content Marketing Manager creating data-driven web, email, and thought leadership content for Nielsen’s Gracenote media insights business. Building Pardot audiences and nurture campaigns mapped to buyer journeys.
Responsibilities:
- Research Gracenote offerings, industry trends, and proprietary data to create authoritative thought leadership content and messaging
- Audit and rewrite website copy to improve clarity, highlight data insights, build audience trust, and guide visitors through the buying journey
- Build, filter, and maintain granular Pardot audience segments based on industry, behavior, and persona
- Write, build, and deploy automated email nurture sequences mapped to customer lifecycle stages in Pardot
- Create high-quality copy for web, email, and thought leadership assets without relying on AI generation tools
- Manage assignment queues end-to-end, meet deadlines independently, and keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned
Requirements:
- 4+ years of B2B content marketing and copywriting experience
- Portfolio showcasing clear, human-centered messaging and data-driven thought leadership
- Ability to extract key insights from complex data, research, or product capabilities and translate them into compelling storytelling
- Direct experience building email sequences, automation rules, and audience lists inside Salesforce Pardot
- Native or near-native mastery of English grammar, editing, and stylistic writing for diverse audience segments
- Ability to map content, web copy, and email touchpoints to distinct customer journeys
- Strong self-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and operate with minimal oversight
- Basic HTML knowledge for email template formatting and minor layout adjustments in Pardot (preferred)
