Job Description
Market Launch Operations Lead overseeing new store openings for a food service platform. Focused on operational excellence and team development in Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Responsibilities:
- oversee the entire NRO process, from strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration to execution and post-opening optimization
- develop and continuously refine Wonder’s NRO strategy to align with company growth objectives and customer experience standards
- partner with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of new store openings
- own and manage NRO timelines, budgets, and key milestones to guarantee on-time, on-budget openings
- identify and proactively mitigate potential risks and operational challenges
- build, develop, and mentor a high-performing NRO team
- establish training programs for NRO managers and trainers
- oversee supply chain and logistics planning to ensure timely delivery of equipment, ingredients, and uniforms
- implement quality control measures to maintain consistency and adherence to Wonder’s high standards
- gather insights from newly opened locations to refine future training and onboarding processes
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in restaurant, food service, or hospitality operations
- at least 3+ years leading new store openings or multi-unit expansions
- strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple openings simultaneously
- in-depth understanding of restaurant operations, food safety regulations, and customer service excellence
- strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and optimizing costs
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders
- willingness to travel extensively (50-70%) to oversee new store openings in multiple regions
- ideally based in or local to the Dallas–Fort Worth area
