Job Description

Market Manager for Tjekvik, an automotive technology firm. Spearheading growth efforts in Spain and Portugal with a focus on dealer engagement and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and product demonstration to contract negotiation and signature.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities within dealer groups, multi-site operators, and strategic accounts.
  • Navigate complex decision-making structures involving Dealer Principals, Aftersales Managers, and OEM stakeholders.
  • Build a strong local network within the Iberian automotive ecosystem.
  • Drive customer retention and contract renewals through strong relationship management and demonstrated ROI.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Aftersales Directors and Service Managers.
  • Support dealers in improving workshop efficiency, customer satisfaction (CSI), and aftersales profitability.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with dealer partners, focusing on KPIs such as check-in rate, upselling, and customer retention.
  • Take full responsibility for onboarding and implementation, ensuring alignment with internal teams.
  • Provide on-site support when needed, especially during launch phases.
  • Build deep knowledge of the Spanish and Portuguese automotive aftersales landscape, including competitive dynamics and customer needs.
  • Provide market intelligence and localisation feedback to the product and marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with Tjekvik's international teams to adapt global tools and materials for the Iberian market.
  • Define and execute a growth strategy that builds on the strong base already established in the region.

Requirements:

  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within automotive, SaaS, or dealership technology solutions.
  • Well-connected within Spanish and/or Portuguese automotive networks.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive aftersales environment: service reception, DMS, workshop operations.
  • Experience managing an existing customer portfolio while simultaneously developing new business.
  • Self-starter comfortable working independently without a local team.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Iberia.
