Job Description

Marketing Assistant at healthcare clinic focusing on data-driven marketing and video content creation. Leading marketing initiatives to drive patient acquisition and boost hearing aid sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms
  • Develop and run targeted campaigns to increase hearing aid inquiries and sales
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data and insights
  • Create, edit, and publish video content for social media and marketing use
  • Build and maintain a consistent and engaging online presence
  • Manage content calendars, scheduling, and publishing
  • Track key performance metrics (leads, conversions, ROI)
  • Collaborate on marketing strategy with a focus on revenue-generating services
  • Continuously improve campaign performance through testing and iteration

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in healthcare marketing (medical practice or healthcare products)
  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing and conversion optimization
  • Experience creating and editing video content
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience marketing hearing aids, audiology services, or similar healthcare products (preferred)
  • Experience with paid advertising (Meta, Google, etc.) (preferred)
  • Understanding of HIPAA considerations in marketing (preferred)
  • Prior remote work experience (preferred)
