Job Description
Marketing Assistant at healthcare clinic focusing on data-driven marketing and video content creation. Leading marketing initiatives to drive patient acquisition and boost hearing aid sales.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms
- Develop and run targeted campaigns to increase hearing aid inquiries and sales
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data and insights
- Create, edit, and publish video content for social media and marketing use
- Build and maintain a consistent and engaging online presence
- Manage content calendars, scheduling, and publishing
- Track key performance metrics (leads, conversions, ROI)
- Collaborate on marketing strategy with a focus on revenue-generating services
- Continuously improve campaign performance through testing and iteration
Requirements:
- Proven experience in healthcare marketing (medical practice or healthcare products)
- Strong understanding of data-driven marketing and conversion optimization
- Experience creating and editing video content
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience marketing hearing aids, audiology services, or similar healthcare products (preferred)
- Experience with paid advertising (Meta, Google, etc.) (preferred)
- Understanding of HIPAA considerations in marketing (preferred)
- Prior remote work experience (preferred)
