Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect creators on Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Evaluate profiles based on metrics such as engagement, audience quality, content consistency, and conversion potential
- Execute personalized, scalable outreach
- Manage the recruitment funnel: identification, contact, evaluation, and approval
- Build and maintain a segmented influencer database
- Detect trends, formats, and new profiles with high potential
- Measure and optimize response, approval, and activation rates
Requirements:
- Experience sourcing or managing influencers, affiliates, or creators
- Analytical ability to assess performance metrics
- Strong execution skills and organization
- Clear and persuasive written communication
- Familiarity with search tools (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, databases)
