Job Description
Marketing Specialist strengthening Eurofins Professional Scientific Services through content, digital campaigns, and social media. Supporting customer engagement and business growth across European markets.
Responsibilities:
- Strengthen the Eurofins Professional Scientific Services brand across multiple European markets
- Engage customers and support business growth
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives, compelling content, and digital campaigns
- Manage the website and social media presence
- Collaborate closely with Business Development teams
- Shape communications for clients and candidates
- Enhance the organization's online presence
- Contribute to strategic growth initiatives within an international environment
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Typically 2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, employer branding, or business support roles
- Strong customer and client orientation
- Ability to understand stakeholder needs, build trusted relationships, and deliver solutions supporting business objectives
- Ability to create engaging content and marketing materials for different audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional fluency in English
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva
- Experience with LinkedIn content management, social media, and digital communications
- Interest in AI-powered tools, digital marketing trends, and innovative audience engagement
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Experience with Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat Pro is a plus
- Exposure to life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or scientific services sectors is a plus
