Job Description
Marketing Operations & Acquisition Coordinator at DATAmundi supporting global marketing operations. Overseeing CRM management, reporting, and performance measurement in a remote-capable role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage marketing activity within the CRM (experience with Hubspot preferred) ensuring accurate tracking of campaign and leads.
- Maintain marketing processes and data across the various systems, including the internal work platform (Trello), and identify opportunities for improvement and scale.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI across key marketing activities, such as events.
- Support the marketing director to produce monthly reports and performance insights.
- Set up and manage targeted email campaigns, nurture programs, and acquisition sequences within the CRM including segmentation work to ensure campaign are reaching target audiences.
- Track and optimize lead flow from acquisition through to sales qualified/handoff.
- Support internal requests for market research and competitive analysis to inform business and marketing strategy.
- Work with marketing teams and other stakeholders to provide operational and analytical support across campaigns, events, content, digital marketing and brand initiatives.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
- 2–4 years’ experience in B2B marketing operations, marketing analytics, or a related role
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or another leading CRM (essential) and managing the various touchpoints of a marketing campaign
- Experience working with marketing technology stacks and data-driven marketing environments
- Experience supporting or working alongside sales or revenue operations teams is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of high tech and AI industries would be preferred.
