Job Description
Marketing Coordinator handling client communication and organizing tasks for marketing initiatives. Working remotely in Eastern Europe to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Job Title: Marketing Coordinator / Client Communications Coordinator
- Location: Remote- Eastern Europe
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm MST (Fridays are flexible; work is typically wrapped by 12–1pm)
- You’ll work closely with the partners and internal teams to keep projects moving, ensure clients feel supported, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Key ResponsibilitiesClient Communication
- Support client-facing communication via email and meetings
- Draft clear, professional, and friendly client updates and follow-ups
- Ensure clients receive timely responses and updates
- Help maintain a positive, “bubbly but polished” client experience
- Task & Project Coordination
- Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple accounts
- Ensure details are documented accurately and followed through
- Coordinate internally to keep projects on schedule
- Flag risks, delays, or missing information early
- Organization & Execution
- Maintain clean and up-to-date task trackers and documentation
- Support marketing initiatives by ensuring execution aligns with plans
- Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing agendas or notes
- Handle multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.
Requirements:
- These are required for success in this role:
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong client-facing communication style: clear, friendly, confident
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong task management skills
- Highly organized and reliable with consistent follow-through
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Proactive mindset — notices issues and acts before being asked
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com)
- Experience in marketing, digital agencies, or client services
- Experience supporting account managers or client success teams
- Background in marketing coordination, operations, or admin support
- Comfortable joining or supporting client calls
