Job Description

Marketing Coordinator supporting brand projects, vendors, and operations at Sumsub, an AI-powered trust infrastructure company. Coordinating campaigns, meetings, contracts, and global marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Brand Marketing team in sourcing, evaluating, and coordinating creative agencies, freelancers, production partners, and external vendors
  • Follow up with internal stakeholders and external partners to keep brand and creative projects on track
  • Conduct vendor research and comparisons
  • Prepare materials for agency selection and project kick-offs
  • Coordinate department-wide meetings, calendars, documentation, contracts, invoices, and digital assets
  • Prepare presentations and materials for weekly marketing syncs, leadership meetings, and team meetups
  • Compile reports on marketing campaign performance
  • Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual marketing team meetups, including venues, equipment, vendors, swag, and merchandise
  • Coordinate with Finance, Legal, HR, Design, and other departments on marketing-related tasks
  • Provide ad-hoc operational and project support to the CMO and Marketing leadership team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Management, International Business, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing assistant, coordinator, or similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams and external vendors
  • Highly organized, responsible, and a quick learner
