Job Description

Marketing Lead for an international online gaming company. Responsible for performance marketing and brand growth strategies in the LATAM iGaming landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and scale media buying across digital channels while maintaining competitive CPA;
  • Test and launch new traffic sources and alternative ad solutions;
  • Own the strategic partnership with the Affiliate Department, ensuring high-quality traffic (NGR, LTV, ROI);
  • Drive regional brand growth through digital and offline initiatives aligned with local culture;
  • Implement and optimize SEO strategies to drive sustainable traffic growth.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of performance marketing experience within the iGaming or Fintech sectors;
  • Deep understanding of the LATAM iGaming landscape, including local player behavior, cultural insights, and regulatory specifics;
  • Strong network of LATAM affiliate partners and local influencers/tipsters ready for activation (a strong plus);
  • Expert-level proficiency in managing and optimizing CPA, LTV, and GGR metrics;
  • Hands-on experience with attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.);
  • Proven success managing substantial monthly budgets across Google, Meta, and alternative ad networks, including navigating industry-specific tracking challenges.
