Job Description
Marketing Manager at OptiNizers leading marketing strategy and execution for brand visibility and talent attraction. Collaborating across teams while creating engaging content and innovative campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand visibility and attract both clients and candidates.
- Plan and lead marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to support company growth.
- Identify opportunities to improve brand positioning, lead generation, and talent attraction.
- Lead the development and execution of content strategies across social media platforms.
- Create meaningful and engaging content that highlights the company’s services, culture, and success stories.
- Improve the company’s social media presence and engagement through innovative and strategic initiatives.
- Strengthen the company’s messaging and positioning across all digital channels.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
- Communicate the company’s value proposition clearly to both clients and remote professionals.
- Work closely with recruitment, operations, and leadership teams to gather insights and align marketing initiatives with company goals.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and continuously refine strategies based on insights.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing strategy and campaign execution
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and content strategy
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing initiatives
- Demonstrated creativity and ability to think outside the box
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Experience working with B2B services, recruitment companies, or talent-focused organizations is a plus
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally while maintaining autonomy
