Job Description
Marketing Manager enhancing the digital presence of wellness applications at Welltech. Driving brand sentiment and trust across US, UK, LATAM, and EU markets.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor reviews, forums, social media, blogs, and search results to track brand sentiment and identify risks or opportunities
- Develop and execute strategies to reduce negative sentiment and amplify positive brand perception
- Respond to online feedback professionally and in a timely manner
- Create user-driven content (case studies, testimonials, forum responses) to build trust and credibility
- Strengthen EEAT (Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) signals through expert collaborations, authoritative mentions, and PR initiatives
- Identify and submit apps for relevant industry awards
- Own and manage digital reputation projects, including landing pages and reputation-focused initiatives
- Partner with Product, Brand, Creative, and Social Media teams to ensure aligned messaging
- Track and report on key metrics (sentiment, share of voice, trends) and provide actionable insights to app teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing online reputation in competitive markets
- Strong understanding of EEAT, branding, and digital PR principles
- Experience with social listening tools and sentiment analysis platforms
- Advanced English with excellent written communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into recommendations
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Nice to have: Experience in fitness or wellness industries
- Nice to have: Familiarity with Reddit and community-driven platforms
- Nice to have: Understanding of cultural nuances across US, UK, LATAM, and EU markets
