Job Description
Marketing & Commercial Representative in a remote role handling telemarketing and customer service. Responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing commercial accounts in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to properties and organizations to generate referrals and new business opportunities.
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing outstanding customer service.
- Arrange and distribute marketing materials based on survey insights or call results.
- Maintain and update the apartment community database with accurate and current information.
- Manage commercial accounts (companies or individuals with three or more units).
- Prepare and send professional presentations and proposals via email.
- Process referral checks and vouchers for leasing agents and property partners.
- Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and promotional offers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telemarketing and/or customer service.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging clients through outbound calls.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, email marketing tools, and multi-channel communication (phone, email, chat).
- Ability to balance relationship-building with meeting performance metrics.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort handling administrative tasks.
