Job Description

Marketing & Commercial Representative in a remote role handling telemarketing and customer service. Responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing commercial accounts in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to properties and organizations to generate referrals and new business opportunities.
  • Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing outstanding customer service.
  • Arrange and distribute marketing materials based on survey insights or call results.
  • Maintain and update the apartment community database with accurate and current information.
  • Manage commercial accounts (companies or individuals with three or more units).
  • Prepare and send professional presentations and proposals via email.
  • Process referral checks and vouchers for leasing agents and property partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and promotional offers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in telemarketing and/or customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging clients through outbound calls.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, email marketing tools, and multi-channel communication (phone, email, chat).
  • Ability to balance relationship-building with meeting performance metrics.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort handling administrative tasks.
