Job Description

Growth Marketing Science Lead optimizing over $100M in marketing spend for a global payroll platform. Designing A/B tests and enhancing data models to drive growth marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead a high-velocity A/B and multivariate testing roadmap across channels, campaign types, ad creatives and audience segments.
  • Provide data-backed briefs that tell Channel Managers exactly where to pivot spend based on test winners.
  • Go beyond standard reporting to "mine" data for untapped growth levers. Identify patterns that haven't been scaled and propose the business case for expansion.
  • Stay at the bleeding edge of ad platform capabilities (Google, Meta, LinkedIn). Experiment with "alpha/beta" features to ensure our stack is consistently ahead of industry benchmarks.
  • Continuously refine our multi-touch attribution (MTA) and Media Mix Modeling (MMM) models to measure the incremental impact of non-linear B2B buyer journeys.
  • Partner with Analytics Engineering to build clean, scalable data models in Snowflake (via dbt) that specifically track experiment lift and incrementalities, and present their performance metrics in dashboard.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in a Data Analytics or Growth Marketing role, ideally within a high-spend B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Looker, Snowflake or comparable stack.
  • Deep understanding of experimentation methodology, sample size calculation, p-values and confidence intervals.
  • Familiarity with the B2B sales funnel
  • A "growth mindset" - curious and eager to learn
