Job Description
Mid-level Marketing Specialist executing digital marketing strategies in B2B environments. Managing marketing operations and campaigns, focusing on email, website, and social media.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the marketing content calendar (blogs, email campaigns, social deployment)
- Build and deploy email campaigns in HubSpot
- Create and manage HubSpot workflows for lead nurturing and funnel progression
- Support creation and deployment of gated assets (eBooks, white papers, CTAs)
- Assist with A/B testing of campaigns, subject lines, CTAs, and landing pages
- Update and maintain WordPress website (blog uploads, page edits, formatting)
- Support webinar setup and execution using Zoom (registration, reminders, follow-ups)
- Oversee social media calendar and coordinate deployment
- Create basic social graphics (Canva required; Adobe Creative Suite a plus)
- Monitor comments, messages, and social listening opportunities
- Support content distribution across LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, Facebook, X, and Instagram
- Conduct ongoing competitor research and suggest improvements
- Monitor competitor messaging, positioning, and campaigns
- Research industry trends and content opportunities
- Assist with testimonial collection and review platform optimization
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in digital marketing
- 3+ years hands-on experience with HubSpot (email and workflows required)
- 3+ years experience managing WordPress websites
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, nurture campaigns, and customer journeys
- Experience in B2B marketing environments
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva required; Adobe Creative Suite a plus)
- Strong English copywriting and communication skills
- Familiarity with Zoom webinar setup and coordination
- Understanding of social media strategy, especially LinkedIn
