Job Description
Marketing Specialist analyzing competitive trends, promotions, and customer sentiment for Trulieve’s medical cannabis markets. Supporting brand partnerships and cross-functional campaign execution.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing competitive landscape analysis covering pricing, promotions, product assortment, and marketing tactics
- Develop and maintain weekly/monthly competitive reports with actionable recommendations
- Translate competitive intelligence into strategic considerations for promotions and campaigns
- Evaluate promotional effectiveness, including lift, ROI, customer engagement, and traffic-driving metrics
- Support post-campaign reporting and identify optimization opportunities
- Maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards tracking key initiatives
- Communicate insights to marketing, retail, and leadership stakeholders
- Serve as day-to-day contact for selected third-party brand partners
- Coordinate joint marketing initiatives, product launches, brand activations, and promotional support
- Track and report brand partner performance, promotional participation, and ROI
- Monitor customer sentiment across surveys, reviews, and feedback channels
- Analyze customer feedback trends and identify marketing and in-store experience improvements
- Support customer insight reporting and elevate insights affecting promotions, products, or messaging
- Support execution of promotional calendars and marketing initiatives
- Coordinate with Retail, Digital, Creative, Brand, and Operations teams
- Organize campaign assets, timelines, and deliverables
- Support marketing activations, events, and key business moments
- Maintain documentation of reports, insights, and campaign performance
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Represent the Trulieve brand professionally and positively
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field required
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, analytics, or related field
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and translating insights into recommendations
- Experience working with performance metrics, dashboards, or reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Effective communicator with the ability to present insights clearly and concisely
- Ability to work cross-functionally across departments
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clear driving record
- Must be able to pass all required background checks and screenings
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull at least 25 lbs. for specified distances and heights
- Ability to work seated/standing for extended periods and perform climbing, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and frequent hand movements
- Visual acuity sufficient for computer work and visual inspection
- Ability to communicate verbally at conversation levels
