Job Description
Marketing Systems and Automation Coordinator handling lead generation and optimization for MaidThis Los Angeles. This role is operational, data-driven, and systems-focused with emphasis on automations and marketing funnels.
Responsibilities:
- You'll own the execution and optimization of lead generation for MaidThis Los Angeles, covering both customer acquisition and cleaner recruiting
- Manage ad spend across Google, LSA, Meta, and other channels
- Build, optimize, and maintain funnels inside GoHighLevel
- Track weekly performance across leads, spend, CPA, and close rates
- Manage SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads vendors
- Build automations using tools like Zapier
- Ensure leads are routed correctly and follow-up systems work as designed
- Execute rapid tests of new marketing ideas from concept to launch to results.
Requirements:
- Reliable laptop and strong Wi-Fi (this is a remote role)
- Strong spoken English is required
- Spanish bilingual is a nice-to-have, not required
- Prior experience in marketing roles, including work with CRMs, funnels, marketing campaigns, or similar systems
- Experience in the home services industry is a plus, but not required
- Must have a team-player mindset and collaborate well with others.
