Job Description

Own and execute conversion-driven creative strategy across Amazon marketplaces for Freebird, a high-growth DTC brand redefining shaving. Focused on converting customer engagement into measurable revenue through effective brand storytelling.

Responsibilities:

  • Own High-Performing Product Listings
  • Lead creative strategy for Amazon product detail pages across priority U.S. and international marketplaces
  • Ensure listings are accurate, compliant, keyword-informed, and optimized for conversion
  • Define copy direction, imagery strategy, and modular PDP layouts that clearly communicate value and differentiation
  • Continuously iterate PDPs based on performance data, testing, and learnings
  • Build A+ Content That Converts & Builds Brand
  • Own A+ Content and Brand Story strategy across SKUs
  • Translate brand positioning into clear, persuasive, conversion-focused storytelling
  • Test and refine layouts, messaging, and visuals to improve engagement and CVR
  • Develop repeatable A+ frameworks that scale efficiently across the catalog
  • Lead Amazon Storefront Creative
  • Own the creative strategy, structure, and optimization of the Amazon Storefront
  • Execute seasonal, promotional, and evergreen updates aligned with launches and key retail moments
  • Ensure the Storefront supports both discovery and conversion pathways
  • Maintain strong alignment between Storefronts, listings, and advertising campaigns
  • Drive Performance-Led Advertising Creative
  • Partner with growth and media teams to develop creative for Sponsored Ads and Amazon DSP
  • Translate media strategy into clear, testable creative briefs
  • Build and manage creative testing frameworks across messaging, formats, and visuals
  • Use performance data to surface insights that inform future campaigns
  • Scale Creative Globally
  • Localize creative assets for international marketplaces while maintaining brand consistency
  • Collaborate with regional teams or agencies to ensure cultural relevance and compliance
  • Build scalable systems that enable fast, high-quality localization and global expansion
  • Own Brand & Creative Governance on Amazon
  • Uphold brand standards across all Amazon creative touchpoints
  • Document Amazon-specific creative best practices and guidelines
  • Stay current on Amazon policy changes and ensure ongoing compliance
  • Minimize asset rejections, takedowns, and rework through strong governance

Requirements:

  • Deep experience owning Amazon creative strategy across PDPs, A+ Content, Brand Stores, and ad creative
  • Strong understanding of how creative impacts conversion, discoverability, and performance across the Amazon funnel
  • Exceptional conversion-focused copy and storytelling skills
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort using metrics like CVR, CTR, engagement, and ROAS to guide decisions
  • Experience localizing creative for international marketplaces
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator who can brief designers, agencies, and partners with clarity
  • High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to operate in a fast-paced ecommerce environment
  • Curious, adaptable, and up to date on Amazon platform changes and best practices
