Job Description

Creative Strategist in Performance Marketing for a pet insurance company focusing on data-driven marketing. Seeking someone to develop existing systems and processes for ad creation and creative output.

Responsibilities:

  • You analyze ad performance data and derive new creative ideas from it
  • You identify winning angles, hooks, and messaging approaches — and scale them systematically
  • You manage and optimize our existing AI-powered workflows for ad creation, voiceover scripts, and creative production
  • You work with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Airtable and AI systems — and are comfortable with technical setups
  • You contribute your own ideas for how we can make processes even more efficient
  • You brief and manage external creators for UGC and video content
  • Ideally, you also shoot creatives yourself
  • You ensure our creative output remains consistently high: new formats, new angles, new tests

Requirements:

  • Experience in performance marketing (Meta Ads)
  • Data literacy: you can translate numbers into creative decisions
  • Technical affinity: you’re not afraid of automation tools, AI workflows or API integrations
  • Creative eye: you recognize strong hooks, compelling visuals and convincing storylines
  • Ability to work independently: remote-first means trust — and initiative
  • You own a dog yourself — and understand why pet insurance is an emotional topic
  • Ideally, experience with UGC production or your own content creation (video, Reels, TikTok)
  • Experience with AI tools for content creation (e.g. ChatGPT, Veo, ElevenLabs)

Benefits:

  • AI expertise that 99% don’t have: prompt engineering, automated content pipelines, AI-assisted analyses and much more.
  • Performance marketing at the cutting edge: Andromeda-optimized campaign management, CPMR-based funnel analysis, sequential-learning strategies.
  • Real impact, not a corporate grind: 100% remote, flat hierarchies, real responsibility from day one.
  • A team that’s passionate about the topic: veterinarians, veterinary students, true dog lovers — people who live the mission.
