Job Description

Meta Ads Media Buyer for a fast-moving marketing agency specializing in outdoor living contractors. Responsible for managing Meta ad campaigns to drive lead generation performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple Meta ad accounts independently
  • Build, launch, test, optimize, and scale paid social campaigns
  • Analyze performance and decide what to scale, improve, or stop
  • Monitor key metrics such as cost per lead and cost per booked appointment
  • Understand campaign performance beyond lead volume, including downstream conversion quality
  • Develop campaign strategy and define creative direction for ads
  • Write content and creative briefs for video editors
  • Review ad creatives and decide what should go live
  • Collaborate with internal team members including the CSM, founder, and creative team
  • Support funnel performance through basic work related to landing pages or GoHighLevel funnels when needed

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience running Meta ads for lead generation
  • Experience managing campaigns for local service businesses or similar performance-driven service models
  • Ability to independently manage multiple accounts and prioritize where attention is needed most
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics, especially cost per lead and cost per appointment
  • Ability to diagnose account issues quickly and identify what to test first
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work full-time aligned with EST hours, Monday to Friday

  • Previous exposure to contractor, home services, or similar local business verticals.
