Job Description
Meta Ads Media Buyer for a fast-moving marketing agency specializing in outdoor living contractors. Responsible for managing Meta ad campaigns to drive lead generation performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple Meta ad accounts independently
- Build, launch, test, optimize, and scale paid social campaigns
- Analyze performance and decide what to scale, improve, or stop
- Monitor key metrics such as cost per lead and cost per booked appointment
- Understand campaign performance beyond lead volume, including downstream conversion quality
- Develop campaign strategy and define creative direction for ads
- Write content and creative briefs for video editors
- Review ad creatives and decide what should go live
- Collaborate with internal team members including the CSM, founder, and creative team
- Support funnel performance through basic work related to landing pages or GoHighLevel funnels when needed
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience running Meta ads for lead generation
- Experience managing campaigns for local service businesses or similar performance-driven service models
- Ability to independently manage multiple accounts and prioritize where attention is needed most
- Strong understanding of performance metrics, especially cost per lead and cost per appointment
- Ability to diagnose account issues quickly and identify what to test first
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work full-time aligned with EST hours, Monday to Friday

- Previous exposure to contractor, home services, or similar local business verticals.
