Job Description

Media and Content Strategist leading social strategy, paid media, and digital PR for a US investment firm’s real estate and family coaching brands. Remote across LATAM.

Responsibilities:

  • Own content strategy, social calendar, and execution across Wilkinson and Thriving Families
  • Direct in-house graphic designers and video editors through clear briefs and visual direction
  • Maintain quality-control standards before content publication
  • Research industry trends and competitors to create content for mature, high-net-worth audiences
  • Manage paid social campaigns for top-of-funnel brand awareness, book giveaways, and workshop registrations
  • Set up, test, and optimize Meta/social advertising settings
  • Use AI tools, custom prompts, and retargeting strategies to maintain cost-effective content pipelines
  • Identify and contact influencers, partner brands, and communities through digital channels
  • Oversee community health, comments, and direct messages
  • Write polished copy for audiences aged 40–70
  • Use AI workflows, including ChatGPT, Claude, and Midjourney, for research, drafting, scheduling, and content repurposing
  • Manage compliance approvals for investment-related content
  • Support brand reach, workshop registrations, and the future investor pipeline

Requirements:

  • 4–5+ years running social media strategy, content creation, and growth for a brand, creator, or agency
  • Ability to combine content strategy with hands-on execution
  • Excellent written and spoken English with strong business maturity, clear tone, and minimal accent
  • Deep understanding of communication with mature, high-net-worth audiences aged 40–70
  • Deep, up-to-date knowledge of Meta’s business tools, LinkedIn, YouTube, and paid media setups
  • Exceptional attention to detail, including graphical, factual, and contextual accuracy
  • Fast, constant communication via Slack, email, and calendar RSVPs
  • Prior experience in real estate, private equity, finance, publishing, or coaching preferred
  • Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite preferred
  • Proven track record using paid social for workshops, book funnels, or community building preferred
  • Strong experience building digital PR/influencer relationships through digital outreach preferred
  • Willingness to work US time zones (EST, MST, CST, or PST)
  • Comfortable working as an independent contractor
  • Resume must be formatted in English
