Job Description

Part-time Colorado therapist delivering remote evidence-based therapy through Two Chairs’ integrated therapy and psychiatry platform. Managing adult caseloads, assessments, documentation, and data-informed treatment.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+)
  • Practice modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI
  • Maintain a caseload of 7–20 sessions per week
  • Dedicate approximately 85% of total time to direct client care, including therapy sessions and new client assessments
  • Attend manager check-ins: 1 hour per week during the first 6 weeks, then 30 minutes monthly
  • Use data to drive treatment and adjust approaches based on client progress
  • Collaborate with other mental health providers and refer clients when appropriate
  • Complete, sign, and lock documentation in the EMR within 48 hours of client contact
  • Participate in recruiter and clinical interviews during the hiring process

Requirements:

  • Independently licensed in Colorado as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
  • Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states; Two Chairs covers the entire cost
  • 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+)
  • 6+ months of teletherapy experience
  • Proficiency with clinical assessments such as PHQ-9
  • Comfort with EHR systems
  • Availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. MST
  • Commitment to 8–24 total hours of weekly availability
