Job Description
Commercial Executive presenting intelligent HR solutions to small and medium businesses in Brazil. Engaging and negotiating with clients to drive effective sales results.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct meetings to present our solutions;
- Negotiate with small and medium-sized businesses to generate new sales for the company;
- Maintain relationships with strategic clients acquired through meetings to generate future business opportunities;
- Prepare, track, and deliver the documentation required to close sales (contracts and other documents);
- Monitor the onboarding/activation of converted new clients, ensuring the effectiveness of the sale;
- Participate in internal meetings to contribute to strategies and performance drivers.
Requirements:

- Creativity and proactivity in strategies and actions that can boost deliverables and contribute to business success;
- Persistence to overcome the challenges of large or complex negotiations;
- Teamwork to help build a high-performance team;
- Sales experience;
- Knowledge of sales methodologies;
- Commitment to maintaining system records (HubSpot/Data Lake).
