Job Description

Inside Sales Analyst handling inbound sales for a SaaS company revolutionizing the construction sector. Engaging with potential clients and supporting sales processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct consultative sales with inbound leads (customers who have already shown interest in the platform), thoroughly understanding each business's needs and guiding the process through to closing;
  • Manage and track leads within the sales funnel, identifying needs and monitoring performance;
  • Conduct product demonstrations and follow up on proposals;
  • Assist the Marketing and Product teams by gathering feedback from potential clients and seeking ways to increase conversion;
  • Respond to potential customers via our support channels (WhatsApp, email, chat, etc.) and perform follow-ups to convert them;
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve the company's sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in consultative sales for SaaS companies
  • Experience in the construction industry (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Investigative, curious mindset for problem-solving;
  • Empathy to understand and guide customers;
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills;
  • Proven experience in sales;
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changes in the role;
