Job Description
Analista de Recrutamento & Seleção Pleno conduzindo processos R&S em modelo 100% remoto. Atuação em consultoria de RH em crescimento e com foco em resultados.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end generalist recruitment & selection processes (role alignment, sourcing/hunting, screening, interviews, feedback)
- Post job openings and optimize job ads (LinkedIn, Google for Jobs, job boards)
- Proactively source candidates (hunting) and apply a consultative approach
- Administer and interpret behavioral and technical assessments (when applicable)
- Manage candidate pipeline and statuses in ATS and spreadsheets
- Produce basic recruitment & selection KPI reports
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Mid-level Recruitment & Selection Analyst working with generalist roles
- Experience in HR consulting or managing multiple concurrent openings
- Experience conducting competency-based interviews and managing end-to-end hiring processes
- Proficiency with job distribution platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
- Organized, strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on deadlines and quality
- Availability to work as a contractor (PJ), 100% remote
- Experience with administrative, sales, or leadership roles (differential)
- Experience with ATS and recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, funnel, SLA) (differential)
- Knowledge of employer branding and copywriting for job ads (differential)
- Previous experience in a small company or startup environment (differential)
