Job Description
Leads Senior Service Delivery Associates at Gartner, enhancing client delivery excellence. Drives team growth and business results within a remote setup in the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Hold a high-bar for client delivery excellence by coaching your leaders
- Lead a team of ~25 high performing Senior Service Delivery Associates
- Be accountable for business results and quality of service delivery
- Coach leaders on data and critical metrics
- Identify Service Delivery Gaps and help innovate and transform the business
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum of 15 years of experience as a former C-level executive
- Entrepreneurial drive
- Ability to establish and maintain trust-based relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
