Job Description
Lead impactful training programs across multiple factories at Hitachi Energy. Orchestrate training initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Responsibilities:
- Lead LNAs/TNAs across HSE, Quality, ITM, SCM, P&F, and T&D.
- Manage end‑to‑end deployment plans with timelines, risks, and communications.
- Coordinate across factories and functional owners to keep initiatives on track.
- Maintain program documentation and track milestones for transparency.
- Lead Instructional Designers to create accurate, shop‑floor‑ready content.
- Grow blended learning: digital modules, job aids, and on‑the‑job coaching.
- Enable factories to adopt programs and sustain execution through coaching.
- Use data and feedback to monitor effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Organizational Development, Operations, or related field.
- 5+ years in L&D, training, operational capability‑building, or manufacturing leadership.
- Hands‑on experience conducting LNA/TNA and turning insights into training requirements.
- Proven program/project management, ideally across multi‑site deployments.
- Experience leading Instructional Designers or content development teams.
- Familiarity with HSE, Quality, Production/Maintenance, SCM, ITM, or P&F; LMS/SAP exposure is a plus.
