Job Description
National Account Director driving sales and managing existing customer relationships for Fujifilm’s personalized photo products. Responsible for executing growth strategies and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Managing existing business relationships and acquiring new customers
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Setting performance targets and ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities
- Managing communications related to day-to-day operations, customer service, and fulfillment management
- Managing the execution, negotiation and maintenance of customer contracts and agreements
- Developing and defining new customer onboarding and product acceptance requirements
- Providing accurate, timely material forecasts to operations and procurement teams
- Overseeing short term and mid/long term account growth goals
- Achieving and exceeding assigned sales quotas and targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or 10+ years of professional business experience
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably business to business within order fulfillment industry
- Strong understanding of commercial printing, Print On Demand, Photographic Reproduction and its competitive landscape
- Strong understanding of the sales process, techniques, and the selling cycle
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation, teamwork, and communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Business analysis and reporting skills
- Availability to travel 15% domestically
