Job Description
Operations Analyst ensuring operational integrity for a major Telecommunications client. Collaborating with engineering teams and overseeing a critical M2M ecosystem with backend data flow monitoring.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a Technical Service Owner for a mission-critical M2M ecosystem
- Monitor and maintain the health of backend data flows
- Automate operational workflows using Python or Bash
- Perform advanced troubleshooting in Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- Lead technical communication with external vendors
- Implement and refine observability strategies
- Collaborate with international engineering teams
- Maintain comprehensive runbooks and operational documentation
Requirements:
- Solid experience in System Administration
- Proven experience in Automation
- Familiarity with Observability and Monitoring stacks
- Experience in Service Management
- Strong communication skills in English
- Analytic mindset with a proactive approach to Root Cause Analysis
- Knowledge of Cloud/Virtualization infrastructures and networking fundamentals
