Job Description

Operations Coordinator supporting the Customer Experience Manager in a global medical technology firm. Optimizing delivery of clinical application training and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Work daily with all stakeholders (Project managers, Service team, Account Managers, Customers...) to ensure customer training is scheduled accordingly
  • Drive Backlog Execution
  • Achieve 100% timely completion of Quality Work Instructions
  • Support Clinical Education Specialists to achieve their productivity targets
  • Assist with events at our Academies
  • Work with the marketing team to create Educational promotional material
  • Provide reports & analyses needed for any business review with Modality General Managers & management
  • Preparation of Internal & External Quality Audits and ensure compliance of quality regulations

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Use critical thinking to help teams resolve issues and define solutions
  • Demonstrated experience leading and influencing across a complex, global matrix organization
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams to help build effective processes
  • Previous experience in Resource planning
