Job Description
Operations Coordinator supporting the Customer Experience Manager in a global medical technology firm. Optimizing delivery of clinical application training and driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Work daily with all stakeholders (Project managers, Service team, Account Managers, Customers...) to ensure customer training is scheduled accordingly
- Drive Backlog Execution
- Achieve 100% timely completion of Quality Work Instructions
- Support Clinical Education Specialists to achieve their productivity targets
- Assist with events at our Academies
- Work with the marketing team to create Educational promotional material
- Provide reports & analyses needed for any business review with Modality General Managers & management
- Preparation of Internal & External Quality Audits and ensure compliance of quality regulations
Requirements:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Use critical thinking to help teams resolve issues and define solutions
- Demonstrated experience leading and influencing across a complex, global matrix organization
- Ability to work with cross functional teams to help build effective processes
- Previous experience in Resource planning
