Job Description
Operations Coordinator transforming the efficiency of legal operations at Ferguson Law Group. Ensuring streamlined processes and supporting exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:
- Regularly review case files and track progression of cases
- Act as the organizational engine by following up with attorneys
- Manage high-volume communications and file management
- Attend case meetings to provide updates
- Work across various teams within the firm
- Identify inefficiencies and expand into broader operational responsibilities
