Job Description

Operations Excellence Business Partner optimizing business processes for operational excellence at Restaurant Technologies. Collaborating with teams to enhance efficiency and drive sustainable improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, analyze, and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, streamline workflows, and drive a culture of operations excellence throughout the organization
  • Conduct thorough assessments of current business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows, eliminate waste, and enhance productivity
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather input, analyze data, and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Lead or support cross-functional teams in implementing process changes and monitoring progress towards operational goals
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials
  • Utilize continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to drive operational excellence initiatives
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of process improvements and identify further optimization opportunities
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on best practices for process improvement and operational excellence
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions for operational challenges
  • Develop collaborative and supportive relationships with internal business partners

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of direct or indirect leadership of people or process
  • Proven experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or related roles
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and identify actionable insights
  • Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, result-oriented mindset
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
