Job Description
Operations Manager managing daily operations for Teamswell's outsourcing company. Leading workflows, supervising teams, and overseeing project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the daily operations of the office, ensuring all field crews are dispatched, routes are optimized, and profit margins are maintained.
- Constantly audit current workflows to identify "friction points." Propose and implement new systems or software to increase efficiency.
- Act as the direct supervisor for the Operations Assistant and the field crews. Resolve internal conflicts and lead weekly production meetings.
- Handle high-level customer concerns, complex damage claims, or major scheduling conflicts that require authoritative decision-making.
- Monitor inbound lead quality and conversion rates; suggest adjustments to marketing spend based on seasonal demand and capacity.
- Responsible for the professional development of the Operations Assistant, ensuring they are a "perfect mirror" of the company’s standards.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of management experience, ideally within the home services, logistics, or construction industries.
- A track record of not just following a process, but building or improving one.
- Ability to remain objective and analytical under pressure, making decisions that benefit the long-term health of the company.
- Expert-level proficiency in Field Service Management software and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication skills to lead a diverse team and handle difficult client negotiations with poise.
