Job Description
Operations Manager at Evolve Digital specializing in process optimization and strategic company growth. Leading a remote team to enhance operational efficiency through scalable systems.
Responsibilities:
- You develop, document, analyze, and optimize core and support processes and build a consistent, scalable process architecture.
- You further develop Evolve Digital’s service offerings and integrate them into seamless workflows.
- You design and manage target and KPI systems, establish clear accountability, and ensure transparency at company and team levels.
- You identify operational bottlenecks in day-to-day business and resolve them through new tools, structural improvements, automations, and targeted use of AI.
- You ensure the achievement of company objectives and translate them into concrete measures, milestones, and operational tasks.
- You evaluate new tools and technologies and pragmatically implement them into existing workflows.
- You take operational responsibility for central areas such as finance, HR, and administrative processes.
- You lead important strategic and operational special projects and drive them to completion independently.
Requirements:
- You have solid experience in project and process management, process optimization, or building operational structures.
- You have a good grasp of basic controlling principles, work confidently with KPIs, and are proficient with Google Sheets or Excel.
- You have experience with project management tools (ideally ClickUp).
- You use AI tools like ChatGPT or comparable systems pragmatically to make operational processes more efficient.
- Ideally, you have worked with automation tools such as Make, Zapier, or n8n.
- Ideally, you have experience in an agency or e‑commerce environment.
