Job Description

Operations Manager managing workflow and team for My Cash Finders' recovery services. Role includes overseeing client interactions, document processing, and claims management in an operational capacity.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the full operational workflow of the company’s recovery services business
  • Overseeing team members who identify potential claims, contact clients, sell recovery services, collect documents, and process claims
  • Ensuring leads are properly assigned and prospects contacted in a professional and compliant manner
  • Managing people, systems, reporting, and accountability for the company's operations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum associate degree required
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, accounting, legal studies, public administration, communications, operations management, or related field preferred
  • Experience in operations management, sales team supervision, administrative management, claims processing, customer service leadership, call center operations, document management, financial services support, public-record research, or back-office workflow coordination
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to supervise remote staff
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work with sensitive personal and financial information
  • Discipline to manage multiple files and deadlines
