Job Description

Organizational Change Manager responsible for cloud transformation initiatives and stakeholder engagement through communication and training. Coordinating change management activities and measuring adoption metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the OCM strategy for cloud programs, aligned to program objectives and timeline.
  • Create and manage a communications plan that includes messaging, channels, cadence, and target audiences.
  • Design and deliver stakeholder engagement and sponsorship plans for executive, managerial, and end-user groups.
  • Produce and maintain OCM artifacts: stakeholder maps, impact assessments, readiness assessments, risk/issue logs, and adoption metrics.
  • Create clear, concise communications: emails, intranet content, FAQs, talking points, slide decks, and training materials.
  • Coordinate change activities across program streams (security, platform, apps migration, operations) to ensure consistent messaging and timing.
  • Facilitate workshops, town halls, demos, and manager toolkits to drive awareness and enablement.
  • Measure and report adoption, readiness, and sentiment; use data to iterate on OCM tactics.
  • Escalate and mitigate adoption risks; drive remediation plans.
  • Act as a single point of contact for OCM and communications questions for the cloud program.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Organizational Psychology, Business, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience in organizational change management, internal communications, or employee engagement; experience in cloud transformation or enterprise IT projects preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing change and communications plans for large, complex programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills; experience working with executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to craft technical topics into business-friendly messaging.
  • Experience with communications tools (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, internal comms platforms, email campaign tools) and measurement/analytics tools.
