Job Description

Outbound Sales Representative making calls to recruit employers for a niche job board in security roles. Supporting growth and outreach through social media engagement and CRM tracking.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to companies hiring for security-related roles
  • Identify and speak with recruiters or hiring decision-makers
  • Pitch the job board and encourage employers to post job openings
  • Conduct first-stage sales outreach and move interested leads forward
  • Clean and update lead lists by calling main office numbers and confirming recruiter contact details
  • Track calls, follow-ups, and outcomes using a CRM or simple tracking system
  • Support basic social media posting (e.g., a few posts per week using provided or reused content)
  • Manage daily outreach and tasks independently

Requirements:

  • Experience with outbound sales, cold calling, or phone-based outreach
  • Strong spoken and written English with a clear, neutral accent
  • Comfortable speaking with recruiters, hiring managers, and business owners
  • Ability to handle gatekeepers and navigate phone conversations confidently
  • Organized and able to manage lists, follow-ups, and outreach volume
  • Basic familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working in an early-stage, hands-on environment
