Job Description
Outbound Sales Representative engaging with leads and closing sales for Aventus, a BPO specializing in customer experience. Work remotely from anywhere in the Philippines with a focus on FMCG sales.
Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to potential customers on a daily basis.
- Present products and services persuasively and with energy.
- Manage objections and guide prospects toward purchase decisions.
- Update customer information and activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with your team and Sales Manager to improve conversion strategies.
- Consistently meet daily and weekly sales goals.
Requirements:
- Proven FMCG Sales Experience: 1–2 years of outbound sales experience in the FMCG industry is required.
- Sales Confidence: Excellent phone presence, persuasive skills, and the ability to close under pressure.
- CRM & Digital Fluency: Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital communication tools.
- Target Focus: Self-motivated with a performance-driven mindset.
- Excellent English Skills: C1-level fluency in both spoken and written English.
