Job Description
Paid Media Manager managing paid media campaigns across platforms for Wine Enthusiast Companies. Driving ROI through analytics and optimization of campaign performance in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of daily campaign operations across: Paid Search: Google & Bing (Performance Max, PLA, DSA, Non-Brand, Brand).
- Paid Content: YouTube, Display, Demand Gen.
- Paid Social: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, LinkedIn.
- Monitor daily pacing, adjust budgets, and implement bid strategies to hit efficiency (ROAS) and volume targets.
- Refresh creative rotations, conduct A/B testing, manage ad copy, and ensure product sets are current.
- Manage negative keywords, conduct search term audits, perform keyword expansion, and proactively resolve disapproved ads or feed errors.
- Accurately build and launch new campaigns, upload ad assets, create target audiences and exclusions, and set up tracking parameters.
- Conduct basic QA to ensure correct implementation of conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager (GTM) parameters, and platform pixels.
- Ensure product catalogs and feeds for PLA/Shopping, PMAX, and Paid Social are up-to-date and free of technical errors.
- Maintain weekly performance data and dashboards across all paid channels.
- Surface early insights related to efficiency, spend pacing, and ROAS trends for the Director of Growth Marketing and leadership team.
- Pull reports for other teams (e.g., Creative, Product) as needed.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing large-scale paid media campaigns with significant monthly spend.
- Direct platform experience with: Google Ads (Search, Shopping/PLA, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen) Microsoft Ads (Bing) Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
- Proven ability to execute daily optimizations tied to efficiency goals (ROAS, CPA) and volume targets.
- Strong technical foundation in digital advertising, including: Conversion tracking and pixel setup Google Tag Manager (GTM) familiarity and basic QA Product feed management for Shopping, PMAX, and paid social catalogs
- High proficiency in platform-native reporting, performance analysis, and data interpretation.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex campaigns without sacrificing accuracy.
