Job Description
Join our Data and Campaign Operations team as Assistant Manager- Campaign Developer. Execute marketing campaigns by utilizing SQL and proprietary tools effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Developer is primarily responsible for execution/implementation of marketing campaigns using RPM Direct proprietary campaign management tool (CampaignDirect) and/or adhoc programmatic workflows.
- Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and packages in Oracle
- Support database-driven marketing campaigns, including audience selection, segmentation, suppression logic, and tracking
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and data science teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for data issues
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across large, high-volume datasets
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- Experience in Oracle SQL
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Clear verbal & written communication skills
