Job Description
Paralegal training AI systems through legal research, contract analysis, compliance, and litigation support. Aston Carter provides corporate talent solutions to clients worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
- Perform document review and contract management
- Support litigation processes and compliance functions
- Interpret legal concepts and provide clear explanations
- Draft and proofread legal documents with high accuracy
- Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies in workflows
- Provide feedback on complex content and legal findings
- Help shape how AI supports legal professionals
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Paralegal, Legal Analyst, Contract Management, Legal Operations, or related legal fields
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Strong legal writing, proofreading, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Experience with legal research methodologies and statutory interpretation
- Proficiency in legal research platforms and document management systems
- Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technology
- Experience within law firms, corporate legal departments, compliance teams, or government agencies
- Ability to identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and legal risks
- Advanced written communication and editing skills
- Proven ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong judgment and attention to detail
