Job Description
Tech-savvy Paralegal managing customer success role at Codekeeper. Focus on legal drafting, customer communications, and technical support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure customers attain their desired outcomes using our product or service
- Act as an essential bridge between our company and its customers
- Conduct legal research
- Draft legal documents
- Offer support on legal matters
- Manage the process by drafting legal language to fit customer requirements
- Prepare the required documents and ensure they're checked by your manager
- Handle requests from users and leads
- Support customers in setting up connections between their source code management platform
- Work with leads who have questions about our service
Requirements:
- Familiarity with LegalTech concepts is crucial for success in this role
- Prior experience in customer success or similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents
- Exposure to working with diverse companies of varying sizes and industries
- Analytical thinking, and a proactive attitude
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Proficiency in modern web tools like Google Docs and similar platforms
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Comfortable adapting and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
