Job Description
Part-Time Recruiting & Key Account Manager for startups. Manage client relationships and lead candidate interviews in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage clients, lead interviews, and shape hiring success for start-ups
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Understand people, business needs, and communication dynamics
- Run candidate interviews confidently and assess technical and soft skills
- Translate client needs into effective recruiting strategies
- Stay curious and constantly learn about new roles, technologies, and trends
Requirements:
- 5 years experience in client-facing roles (Recruiting, Key account management, Customer Success Management or Project management)
- Strong understanding of digital and tech roles
- Fluent German (mandatory) and good English (B2)
- Experience in interviewing
- Technical Background - for example, you worked in a SaaS environment or actually are able to code
