Job Description

Part-Time Recruiting & Key Account Manager for startups. Manage client relationships and lead candidate interviews in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage clients, lead interviews, and shape hiring success for start-ups
  • Build strong relationships with clients
  • Understand people, business needs, and communication dynamics
  • Run candidate interviews confidently and assess technical and soft skills
  • Translate client needs into effective recruiting strategies
  • Stay curious and constantly learn about new roles, technologies, and trends

Requirements:

  • 5 years experience in client-facing roles (Recruiting, Key account management, Customer Success Management or Project management)
  • Strong understanding of digital and tech roles
  • Fluent German (mandatory) and good English (B2)
  • Experience in interviewing
  • Technical Background - for example, you worked in a SaaS environment or actually are able to code
