Job Description
Partnerships Coordinator role supporting revenue growth through partner enablement and relationship management. Engage with technology and carrier partners, ensuring seamless operations and effective collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Partner Operations & Internal Coordination
- Prospect and engage new technology and carrier partners on behalf of the VP, identifying opportunities, initiating introductions, and preparing materials to support deal discussions and accelerate the closing process.
- Manage day-to-day partner workflows across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Support
- Maintain partner data, deal tracking, and reporting in CRM
- Support partner deal flow from introduction through close
- Ensure partner expectations are set correctly early in the sales cycle
- Partner Enablement & Partner-Facing Sales Support
- Create and maintain partner enablement materials: Solution briefs, Sales decks, Case studies
- Help partners understand: When to bring us into deals, How to position joint solutions, How to identify upsell and expansion opportunities
- Support partner-driven upsell and cross-sell motions alongside sales
- Partner Onboarding & Relationship Management
- Support onboarding of new carrier and technology partners
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for select partners
- Coordinate introductions between partners and internal teams
- Help manage ongoing partner relationships and expectations
- Events & Travel
- Coordinate and attend partner meetings, events, and conferences
- Support on-site partner visits and follow-up execution
- Ensure action items from partner meetings are captured and closed
Requirements:
- 2–7 years’ experience in one or more of the following: Sales or inside sales
- Account management or customer success
- Partnerships or channel operations
- Revenue or marketing operations
- Demonstrated experience: Managing customer or partner relationships
- Supporting upsell, expansion, or renewal motions
- Working cross-functionally with sales and operations teams
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and pipeline data
- Willingness to travel and engage directly with partners and customers
- Experience in SaaS, logistics, or supply chain technology is a plus
